The role leads an interdisciplinary team to ensure resident well‑being and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee facility operations, safety, and nursing policies, while mentoring staff and ensuring high standards of care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license and current licensure.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in long-term care setting.
