Job summary

Sunrise Detox is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care within our detox facility. You will oversee clinical services, coordinate with other departments, and supervise nursing staff.

The role requires a current RN license, at least 2 years of Nursing Supervisor experience, and a preference for an MS in Nursing. Work Schedule: four 10-hour shifts with one weekend shift per month. Benefits include insurance, 401(k), PTO, and education reimbursement.

Sunrise Detox is a premier center for drug and alcohol detox. We provide a dignified recovery experience in comfortable modern rooms with essential nutrition and individual and group counseling. Clients also benefit from 12‑Step meetings to reinforce support after treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide all nursing related services for each patient.
• Participate in ongoing monitoring and evaluation to assess, plan, implement and deliver care.
• Preserve and improve the quality of patient care.
• Maintain contact with other departments to ensure proper care plans for each patient.
• Develop and evaluate nursing unit personnel.
• Oversee all nursing services and practices, including scheduling of all nursing personnel.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current state‑issued Registered Nursing license. An MS degree in nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Nursing Supervisor.
• Working knowledge of substance abuse and dual diagnosis patients; detoxification experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and efficiently.

Compensation

Salary rate competitive with experience and location.

Schedule

4 10‑hour shifts, 1 weekend shift per month.
