University of Michigan Health’s Troy Medical Campus seeks an experienced Nursing Leader to support the Senior Nursing Director in planning and managing patient care across ambulatory programs such as reproductive medicine, transplant, orthopaedics, and cardiovascular services.

You will provide professional nursing leadership, oversee nursing practice standards, and participate in continuous quality improvement, education, and regulatory compliance within this state-of-the-art campus in Troy, MI.

Formación

• Five (5) years of RN experience.
• Two (2) years of supervisory/management experience in an adult specialties service line.
• Nurse leadership certification within two years of accepting this role.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage patient care services across ambulatory programs.
• Provide professional nursing leadership and administrative direction for nursing practice.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
• Develop standards of nursing practice and interdisciplinary guidelines.
