Job summary

Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA seeks a Nurse Supervisor - IR to provide leadership for assigned units and ensure exceptional patient care. This full-time role partners with physicians and departmental leaders to meet quality, financial, and experience goals.

The RN will mentor staff, coordinate clinical operations, and drive improvements in care delivery while upholding our standards of safety and teamwork within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license required.
• Current BLS (CPR) required.
• ACLS required.
• PALS required within 90 days of hire date.
• Two years experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for assigned units and collaborate with physicians to improve quality of care.
• Partner with department leadership to achieve quality, fiscal and patient experience goals.
• Support staffing, training and performance improvement initiatives.
