Job summary

Country Arch Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a qualified Nursing Supervisor to oversee patients and manage the nursing team.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN or LPN license, with solid experience, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of hospital procedures and regulations. You will schedule shifts, assign patients, train staff, monitor performance, report metrics, and ensure compassionate, compliant care for residents.

The ideal candidate would have solid experience as a Registered Nurse, RN, or Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, and is able to handle stressful situations. This position requires team management skills and a problem-solving attitude. Further training in management or administration would be a bonus. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure smooth nursing operations at our facility through day-to-day management and long-term planning.
