Job summary

Hudson Regional Health is seeking an experienced nursing leader to direct Nursing Services across evening, night, and weekend shifts within our hospital system. You will supervise staff, set direction, and ensure regulatory compliance in a patient‑centered, high‑tech environment.

Candidates must hold a BSN and an active RN license in New Jersey, with ACLS/BLS certificates and 2–3 years of hospital supervisory experience. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for the direction and supervision of Nursing Services throughout the hospital on evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Oversees, directs and guides the organization towards achieving current & future goals.
• Ensures that all organizational activities and operations comply with local, state and federal regulations, JCAHO standards and laws governing healthcare operations.
• Demonstrates leadership effectiveness in managing interpersonal relationships and managing self.
• Provides leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and departmental goals and objectives.
• Supervises nursing services on all off shifts, including evening, nights, and weekends.

What We’re Looking For

• BSN required
• RN/NJ License
• ACLS and BLS certificates
• With 2-3 years management supervisory experience in a hospital setting required
