Location: Bridgewater, MA. Old Colony Correctional Center. Medication for Opioid Use Disorder Program

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Days. No Mandating. One remote on-call weekend shift per month.

Salary: $93,000 - $97,000 annually.

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for:

1. Providing operational and supervisory support to nursing staff and ensuring compliance with policies, protocols, and standards.
2. Developing and maintaining the nursing schedule to ensure adequate coverage.
3. Maintaining medication supplies, including 222 forms, to prevent delays.
4. Participating in on-call nursing rotation.
5. Controlling, counting, and documenting onsite medication.
6. Educating patients on medication-assisted treatment.
7. Verifying medication orders with addiction specialists and transcribing orders.
8. Assisting with admission processes and documenting substance use disorder diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to use independent judgment in problem-solving and emergencies.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience in substance abuse or acute care inpatient healthcare preferred.
