Job summary

Qualifications

Essential Functions:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving.
• Prepare meals and snacks as instructed.
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping activities.
• Provide patient-specific care as taught by a Right at Home nurse, such as hospice support, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, bed-bound patient care, incontinence care, and use of lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
