Job summary

VNA Care is seeking Nursing Students for in-home private caregiver roles in and around Worcester. Positions are hourly with day and overnight options; pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour with mileage reimbursement and a potential add-on bonus based on hours worked.

We offer a supportive team environment, referral bonuses, flexible schedules, and caregiver of the month recognition. A Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training is preferred.

• Assist client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Assist with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation
• Consult regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment
• Maintain confidentiality of clients
