Job summary

VNA Care is seeking Nursing Students for in-home private caregiver roles in the Worcester area. These positions are hourly with days and overnights available, offering competitive pay and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, light housekeeping, and maintaining client confidentiality, while coordinating with supervisors for changes in the client's condition. Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training preferred.
• Experience in in-home caregiver or home health environment preferred.
• Good communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities in a compassionate manner.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Support clients with bathing, toileting, mobility, and grooming.
• Report changes in client condition to coordinators.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

$21 - $23 per hour, mileage reimbursement - potential add-on bonus based on hours worked

Position Requires:

• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA training preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist client with household management in a kind and compassionate manner
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Assist with activities of daily living which may include bathing, toileting, feeding, skin care, hair care, exercise, and food preparation
• Consult regularly with the coordinators about changes in the client's condition or environment
• Maintain confidentiality of clients
