University Health is seeking a nursing student to support patient care under the RN Mentor's guidance. You will participate in implementing the care plan, collaborate with other departments, and begin proactive thinking in daily rounds.

Qualified candidates are a junior or senior nursing student in an accredited BSN program and must hold a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card. Training and mentorship will help develop clinical skills.

Qualificações

• Nursing student in an accredited baccalaureate program, junior or senior year.
• Must hold a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card.

Responsabilidades

• Provides and assists with patient care as directed by the RN Mentor.
• Collaborates with other departments and plans care proactively.
• Delegates patient care activities to ancillary staff as appropriate.
• Accepts mentoring from experienced nursing staff.
