Baptist Memorial Health system seeks an enrolled RN student to support nursing staff and patients under supervision, helping to achieve quality outcomes. You will assist in care planning, documentation, and patient interactions while developing clinical leadership skills.

Responsibilities include following the plan of care under a registered nurse, participating in educational activities, and completing assigned goals in a hospital setting.

Qualificações

• Meets or exceeds all academic requirements.
• Currently enrolled as a full time senior student in an approved registered nursing program within 1 year of projected graduation date.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire date.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical assistance under the direction of the registered nurse for a defined group of patients to achieve quality patient outcomes.
• Provides service functions and communication to staff, patients, and guests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
