• Prepares and disseminates staff schedules.
• Maintains Payroll Edit Authorization forms; reviews for accuracy.
• Schedules Paid Time Off per policy while maintaining staffing.
• Maintains attendance and schedule change tracking; updates payroll system.
• Communicates staffing needs to per diem staffing agencies as needed.
• Creates and manages float personnel schedule and staff contacts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
