Job summary

Joyce University in Draper, Utah, seeks a Professor of Nursing to join a dedicated Nursing Skills Team. This full-time on-campus position requires a master’s degree in nursing and an unencumbered Utah RN license, with APRN credentials a plus, plus 2–3 years of teaching or clinical education experience.

You will lead hands-on training, mentor students with empathy, contribute to curriculum development, and advance simulation-based learning in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Unencumbered RN license in Utah.
• APRNs credentials are a plus; teaching/education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive, hands-on training in nursing skills and simulation labs.
• Mentor students with empathy, encouragement, and professional guidance.
• Provide real-time feedback and assessment to help students thrive.
• Collaborate with a team of forward-thinking educators.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
• Support simulation or skills courses as needed.
