Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of Utah is required.
• APRN credentials or equivalent clinical specialization are preferred.
• 2–3 years of teaching, simulation, or clinical education experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive, hands-on instruction in nursing skills and simulation labs.
• Mentor students with empathy, encouragement, and professional guidance.
• Provide real-time feedback and assessment to promote skill development and confidence.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support additional simulation or skills-based courses as needed.
