Joyce University in Draper, UT is seeking a Nursing Simulation Lab Assistant to support state‑of‑the‑art labs and clinical scenarios. You’ll help prepare labs, operate equipment, and assist instructors and students during simulations.

Ideal candidates have a healthcare background (CNA, Medical Assistant, EMT or similar), strong teamwork, attention to detail, and comfort with technology. Evening and weekend availability is preferred to cover shifts.

Qualifications

• Healthcare background (CNA, Medical Assistant, EMT, or similar)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently/with a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort with people and technology
• Flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed
• Heart Association BLS certification is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up simulation and skills labs with equipment, manikins, supplies, and programming
• Support simulation scenarios by operating equipment and role-playing patients or family members
• Maintain and restock labs and supply rooms after use
• Assist instructors and students in using simulation tools and medical equipment
• Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and ready
• Collaborate with the simulation team to keep labs running smoothly and efficiently
