• Operate simulation equipment and run scenarios; maintain equipment readiness and troubleshoot issues.
• Support faculty in implementing simulation-based learning; provide consultation on setup and resources.
• Support evaluation data collection, ensuring learner outcomes and continuous quality improvement.
• Maintain lab organization, inventory, and supplies; coordinate with Associate Director on scheduling.
