Job summary

East Alabama Health seeks a senior bedside leader for critical care with proven managerial experience to oversee hospital operations and departmental responsibilities. You will drive strategic goals and ensure compliance with BLS/ACLS/NIHSS timelines while maintaining high standards of care and teamwork.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in critical care, leadership in acute care, and state RN licensure with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have critical care nursing experience and leadership at the bedside.
• BLS within 90 days of hire, ACLS within 12 months, NIHSS within 90 days.
• RN license and professional certifications as required.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous leadership role at the bedside
• Required Registration/License/Certification
• BLS obtained within 90 days of hire
• ACLS within 12 months of DOH/ Transfer
• Registered Nursing License
• NIHSS w/in 90 days of hire/transfer (EAH to assist with certification completion)
