Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Nursing Services on evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and JCAHO standards.
• Provide leadership and direction aligned with organizational goals.
• Supervise off-shift nursing staff, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Encourage professional growth and development of nursing staff.
• Exhibit age-specific competency across patient groups (0–65+, including neonates to geriatrics).
