Prestige Care and Rehabilitation - Pinewood Terrace in Oregon seeks a Health Services Director to oversee the health services department across Canby and Newberg locations. The role ensures resident care needs are met, regulatory compliance maintained, and a high standard of clinical leadership across the team.

You will supervise health services staff, participate in care planning, collaborate with physicians and case managers, and drive infection control and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN/LVN or RN license in the state of practice.
• RN license strongly preferred.
• Experience in geriatric nursing, medication administration, case management, training/staff development, budgets, and team management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate resident care and supervise health services staff.
• Perform health, functional and psychosocial assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, home health, hospice, and others to coordinate care.
• Oversee documentation, records, and infection control training.
• Participate in leadership activities and quality improvement initiatives.
