Qualificações

• Must hold an active RN license in PA and/or NJ.
• Clinical competence as a registered nurse.
• Experience in patient care and clinical instruction is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive clinical learning environment for students.
• Evaluates student learning outcomes on the unit of clinical instruction.
• Evaluates student clinical performance per course standards.
• Maintains professional relationships with faculty, students and staff with effective communication.
• Uses current nursing research in teaching.
• Serves as a professional role model for students and staff.
• Implements instructional plans to ensure program curriculum integrity.
• Maintains confidentiality of materials and correct release of information.
