Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SLUHN clinical leadership to plan, implement, and evaluate clinical instruction.
• Create a positive learning environment for students.
• Evaluate student clinical performance and outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication and professional relationships.
• Utilize current nursing research in teaching.
• Serve as a professional role model.
• Ensure curriculum integrity and confidentiality.
• Follow safety policies and demonstrate service excellence.
• Use resources efficiently and responsibly.
• Adhere to attendance, parking, and dress policies.
• Assess and communicate effectively with patients of various ages.

Physical and Sensory Requirements:

Work may involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and transporting patients up to 500 lbs. Reasonable accommodations can be discussed with your school coordinator.

Additional Requirements:

• Current RN license in PA and/or NJ.
