Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• Current South Carolina Multi-State (compact) license to practice as a registered nurse required.
• Three (3) years of recent RN practice within the last five (5) years required.
• Knowledge of simulation-based learning methodologies and simulation technologies.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible work/teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development and implementation of short and long-term plans for the Nursing Division.
• Implement continuous improvement using program, course, and student assessment data.
• Oversee budget, scheduling, advisement, recruitment and retention processes.
• Engage in faculty selection, development, supervision, and promote diverse perspectives.
• Manage communication and collaboration within and between divisions.
• Build relationships with external entities to support Nursing programs.
• Ensure compliance with SACSCOC, SBTCE, and college policies and deadlines.
• Participate in committees and professional development activities.
