Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Marshville, NC is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to maintain accurate staff schedules and assist residents in a SNF setting. You will follow care plans and health policies while providing compassionate support.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years, English communication, and ability to follow instructions. Prior scheduling experience is preferred; on-site shifts are 7:30a–4:00p with pay $21–$23 per hour and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work hours as scheduled based on position requirements.
• Current registry to work as a Nursing Assistant in the state.
• Previous scheduling experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community nursing staff schedules accurately.
• Provide CNA duties to ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies.
• Adhere to Nursing Policies and Procedures and care plans.
• Attend to residents' physical and emotional needs as directed.
