Job summary

ECU Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day supervision and coordination of patient care in the Neurology Clinic (outpatient) in Greenville, NC. The role supports overall operations for the practice location and leads clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.

This full-time leadership position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with no nights, calls, holidays or weekends, and requires NC RN licensure and 2+ years of clinical experience.

Position Summary

Minimum Requirements

• Asssociate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Nursing


• Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina or temporary North Carolina licensure or meet requirements to hold RN licensure in a compact state


• Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting or related required.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Pay Range

• Nursing Supervisor hourly range > $36.47 - $53.16


• Final compensation is determined at the offer stage.

• This leadership position is full-time (40hrs/wk) - Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
