Rutgers University–Camden's School of Nursing invites applications for a Tenured/Tenure-Track Associate Professor position. The successful candidate will join an interdisciplinary faculty focused on advancing nursing science, education, and service.

Appointment rank will reflect qualifications, sustained extramural funding, and leadership in mentoring. The Associate Professor will lead an externally funded program, mentor students, contribute to teaching across programs, and collaborate on

Qualifications

Experience mentoring undergraduate and graduate students and doctoral candidates.
Record of leadership in interdisciplinary or interprofessional collaboration.
Experience translating research into policy, practice, or community impact.
Experience building and sustaining externally funded research programs.

Responsibilities

Develop, lead, and sustain an extramurally funded program of research advancing nursing science and health outcomes.
Mentor students (undergrad, graduate, doctoral) and support research portfolios with external funding.
Contribute to teaching across undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs in areas of expertise.
Lead or collaborate in interdisciplinary, community-based research and health policy implications/outcomes.
Disseminate findings through high-impact publications, presentations, and translational activities.
Provide leadership and service to the School of Nursing-Camden, Rutgers University, and the profession.
