You will bridge daily scheduling with clinical strategy, guiding project teams, coordinating resources, and aligning with Nurse Managers to achieve operational goals. You’ll oversee initiatives, create timelines, and collaborate with key stakeholders to standardize processes and drive program success within a large academic health

• Requires license and professional work experience in nursing or healthcare operations.
• Education required: Master's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develops project plans, goals and objectives in collaboration with project and department leadership.
• Provides professional and/or technical leadership in the execution of day-to-day project activities.
• Communicates within and across departments to maximize information sharing around progress, needs, interdependencies and accomplishments.
• Assures successful implementation of people, process and systems changes to support professional nursing.
• Participates in institutional task forces and other special committees related to the achievement of goals and objectives.
