Qualifications

• Doctorate in nursing or related field with accreditation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead accreditation activities with CCNE, ACEN, and NECHE.
• Oversee evaluation of program outcomes and survey design.
• Collaborate with program chairs on curricular needs and faculty development.
• Mentor faculty and staff and promote inclusivity and excellence.
• Assist the Dean with budget development and management.
• Represent the SON in the community and engage in scholarship and service.
• Teach two courses per year as needed.
• Lead program-level and institutional accreditation reporting.
