Job summary

Endicott College in Beverly, MA invites applications for the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Nursing Programs. This leadership role guides the development and evaluation of high-quality undergraduate nursing programs within the School of Nursing.

Reporting to the Dean, you will oversee curriculum alignment, accreditation readiness, faculty mentoring, and collaboration with program chairs to ensure student success and experiential learning aligned with the college mission.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in nursing or MSN with 5 years experience in related field
• Effective verbal/written communication skills and proficiency in English language
• Commitment to inclusive education and developing cultural competencies among faculty, staff, and students with a lens toward social justice

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for undergraduate nursing programs and faculty development.
• Monitor NCLEX pass rates and accreditation benchmarks.
• Oversee simulation centers, clinical education, and internship experiences.
• Support student success through collaboration with college departments and advisors
