Job summary

Bryant & Stratton College seeks a Dean of Nursing to lead and oversee the LPN, ADN and BSN programs, manage daily operations, and guide faculty through curriculum development, outcomes assessment, and budgeting.

This exempt, 40-hour week role emphasizes compliance with state boards and accrediting bodies, mentorship of instructors, data-driven improvement, and collaboration with program directors and external partners to advance student success.

Qualifications

• Earned PhD in Nursing or Nursing Education; or Master’s with extensive nursing education experience.
• Three+ years nursing education leadership; experience with accreditation preferred.
• Wisconsin RN license or eligibility; strong administrative and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as academic leader for nursing programs incl. LPN/ADN/BSN.
• Oversee operations, curriculum development, outcomes, and resource management.
• Ensure NCLEX pass rate, retention, graduation, and placement benchmarks.
• Lead faculty hiring, development, evaluation, and supervision.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, and advisory board activities.
