Qualifications

• MSN required.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two years in nursing education, faculty development, or a related leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead didactic and clinical faculty oversight and development.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and alignment with accreditation standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent Jersey College to accreditation bodies and healthcare partners.
• Participate in curriculum meetings and institutional committees.
