Qualifications

• MSN or equivalent nursing master’s degree required.
• Current Idaho RN licensure and Idaho BON standing required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Evidence of experience in education, administration, and program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the nursing program and ensure curricula are current and delivered effectively.
• Assist the Dean with scheduling, meetings, and policy adherence for program operations.
• Oversee academic reporting, student achievement initiatives, and SLO alignment.
• Coordinate clinical partnerships and sites for student placements and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
• Supervise faculty development, orientation, and mentoring to improve faculty performance.
• Support program assessment activities including SOAR, end-of-course surveys, and end-of-term reviews.
• Participate in program and compliance discussions with Dean, state boards, and accreditation bodies.
• Maintain consistency of policies across the nursing program and support continuous quality improvement.
