The Nursing Professional Development Specialist I reports to the Director of Nursing Excellence and the Manager of Clinical Excellence Education. Under indirect supervision, this role consults with nursing leadership, ICCE, organizational leadership and interprofessional teams to lead, develop, implement, and evaluate evidence‑based, quality and educational programs that promote professional competency and role performance for nursing, interprofessional, and non‑licensed clinical staff.
Consults with leadership to design and deliver educational initiatives, assesses educational needs, develops evaluation metrics, and collaborates with interprofessional teams to implement quality improvement projects.
