AdventHealth Lake Wales is seeking an experienced Nursing Education Specialist to design curricula, develop programs, guide learners, and evaluate outcomes. The role emphasizes adult learning principles and supports nurses with Professional Enhancement Program and residency initiatives.

You will collaborate with unit leadership, coordinate new staff orientation, and track education offerings while advancing patient care and clinical education across the organization.

Job Description:
