Job summary

Chestnut Hill Hospital, part of Temple Health, seeks a Manager of Nursing Operations to support the Nursing Unit Director in overseeing clinical and administrative activities ensuring the provision of quality patient care.

The role is day-shift, full-time, located in Philadelphia. Requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, PA RN license (multi-state compact), ACLS/PALS/Trauma certifications where applicable, plus general and management nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• PA RN license required; multi-state compact RN license preferred.
• ACLS/PALS/Trauma certifications may be required depending on department.
• Experience: general nursing experience; prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Nursing Unit Director in the overall management of clinical and administrative activities to ensure quality patient care.
• Supports departmental operations and staff coordination to meet performance standards.
