Qualifications
- RN license required in the state.
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and governance capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement care plans and protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care.
- Coordinate between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional care and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care.
- Act as the primary in absence of the Director of Nursing.
