Bradford Health Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing in Louisville, TN. This full-time role supports the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality patient care, oversees nursing staff, coordinates clinical operations, and mentors nursing personnel to sustain regulatory compliance and excellence.

The position requires an RN license, a BSN, and at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience with 2 years in leadership. A MSN and EHR familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the United States.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate complex clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and development initiatives.
• Coordinate patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and supplies for nursing services.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Address staff and patient concerns promptly and effectively.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing personnel.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting per requirements.
