Job summary

Bradford Health Services is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing in Louisville, TN, for full-time, on-site management of nursing staff and clinical operations. You will mentor personnel, coordinate care plans, and drive regulatory compliance across facilities.

The role requires an RN license, a BSN, and at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience with leadership responsibilities. Preference for MSN, Nursing Leadership certification, and experience with EHR systems.

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license in the United States.
BSN degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Supervise nursing staff, including scheduling, evaluations, and professional development.
Coordinate patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
Monitor nursing budgets, resources, and supplies for efficient operation.
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
