Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida is seeking an Assistant Patient Care Manager to supervise daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality care for patients and families. The role mentors staff, serves as a clinical resource, and helps the department meet goals while maintaining inpatient and outpatient best practices.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree (BSN in progress acceptable) with RN licensure and BLS; Master’s degree preferred, plus at least three years of acute or ambulatory

Formación

• RN licensure and BLS certification required; minimum three years nursing experience in acute care or ambulatory settings.
• Bachelor’s degree required; BSN in progress to be completed within four years; Master’s degree preferred in Nursing.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced nursing skills including IV therapy, emergency interventions, and teaching.
• Experience mentoring staff and supervising day-to-day nursing operations.
