Griffin Health is seeking an Administrative Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing operations and support patient care on evening, night, weekend, or holiday shifts. The role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and supervises departmental activities to ensure efficient patient throughput and resource management.

The successful candidate will have RN licensure, a BSN, and preferably a Master’s degree, with at least three years of progressive management experience in an acute care setting.

Qualifications

• RN is required; BSN preferred; Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations on Evening, Night, Weekend or Holiday shifts.
• Coordinate patient placement, throughput, and resource allocation.
• Maintain effective relationships across departments and ensure compliance with standards.
