Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations and patient care in absence of leadership.
• Provide leadership to supervisors and team members toward facility objectives.
• Communicate, build consensus, and guide departments toward hospital objectives.
• Promote and maintain high-quality patient and family-centered care.
• Maintain a professional work environment with respect, engagement, accountability.
• Promote evidence-based, ethical, and compassionate practice.
• Direct patient care unit teams in clinical and operational concerns in absence of leadership.
