Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing by planning, organizing, developing, and overseeing the Nursing Service Department's daily functions. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards to maintain high-quality care.

The ADON will help coordinate the clinical team, assist in staffing, and support quality improvement initiatives within Trilogy's Thrive program and regulatory surveys.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing required.
• 0–1 years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Current, valid state RN license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the DON to recruit, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
• Assist in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with other department leaders to maintain continuity of care for residents.
• Assist in implementing the clinical staffing model and handle administrative duties (forms, reports, audits, evaluations, charting).
• Participate in maintaining the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
• Prepare for facility surveys (inspections) and accreditation programs conducted by regulatory agencies and the company.
