Fairview Health Services seeks an Administrative Nursing Supervisor to provide 24/7 leadership for hospital operations and patient care delivery. The role guides placement of care, resource stewardship, and patient experience improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include representing administration, monitoring incidents, directing other departments in absence of managers, and coordinating with risk, Patient Placement, and infection control to maintain

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory/management experience in healthcare.
• MN Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross) Upon Hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 3 years healthcare related leadership, supervisor, or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Represents hospital administration and ensures 24/7 leadership coverage.
• Manages staffing and patient flow to maintain quality care within budget.
• Coordinates with departments and risk/Patient Placement to resolve issues affecting patient care.
• Responds to emergencies and escalates to Incident Commander when needed.
• Promotes patient safety, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
