Job summary
The Last Resort Recovery Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations within inpatient residential treatment facilities, including detox programs. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure patient care quality, and drive regulatory compliance across nursing services.

Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Ability to pass background, drug, and credential verification per regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts and medication management standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations and ensuring quality patient care.
- Provide supervision to Charge Nurses and nursing staff and ensure appropriate coverage.
- Monitor compliance with clinical standards, medication administration, and detox procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes for nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote continuity of care.
