Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking an Administrator on Duty to coordinate daily operations across hospital departments. You will balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis, reallocate resources as census and acuity demand, and act as a primary liaison to ensure smooth patient placement.

You will serve as a resource for problem solving and keep Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed. The ideal candidate will have RN licensure with a minimum of 3 years in Critical Care or Women's Services,

Qualifications

• RN licensure and nursing credentials required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• PALS certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Critical Care or Women's Services.
• Nursing leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations as liaison with all departments.
• Balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis and reallocate resources as census and acuity demand.
• Facilitate patient placement and act as a resource for problem solving for Directors, Managers, and Administrators.
