Job summary

BayCare Health System in Winter Haven seeks an experienced nurse leader to coordinate day-to-day operations across departments. The role acts as a liaison and ensures staffing is balanced on a shift-by-shift basis, adjusting resources as census and acuity demand.

The position requires 5 years of nursing leadership in critical care or women's services, RN or APRN, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS. The successful candidate will keep Directors and Managers informed and support patient placement

Qualifications

• RN or APRN with active Florida license.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Critical Care or Women's Services.
• BLS, ACLS; PALS preferred.
• Nursing leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations by liaising with all departments.
• Balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis and reallocates resources as census and acuity demand.
• Facilitate patient placement and serve as a problem-solving resource for Directors, Managers and Administrators.
