Job summary

The Cancer & Hematology Centers is seeking a Manager of Nursing – Multispecialty. This RN role provides clinical leadership and operations management across infusion and clinical radiation therapy, supervising multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safe, high-quality patient care across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan.
• BSN preferred.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) within 1 year of employment.
• CPR certification or acquisition within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations, staffing levels and service schedules to optimize efficiency, patient flow, resource utilization and patient satisfaction.
• Supports adherence to evidence-based practice, regulatory requirements and organizational standards of care including policy/procedure development and maintenance.
• Collaborates with Nursing leadership to identify and resolve nursing service and clinical radiation therapy issues.
• Partners with the Nursing Director to interview, select, retain, and develop staff.
• Monitors employee performance and works with Senior Director of Nursing on corrective action and evaluations.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
