Lead the Way in Cardiac Care

As Nurse Manager of the Medical Telemetry Unit, you will oversee and mentor a team of skilled nurses in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with acute cardiac conditions.

Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff on the Medical Telemetry unit.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee patient care operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Promote continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications :

• Active Missouri or Compact RN License (Required)
• 2+ years of experience on an acute cardiac care step-down unit (Required)
• 2+ years of experience as a Charge RN in an acute care setting (Required)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (Required)
• Leadership experience in a sub-acute setting will NOT be considered
