Petersburg, VA – CommuniCare Health is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Manager with oversight of QI, infection control, and staff development responsibilities at Battlefield Park Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare family.

The ideal candidate will hold a current RN license in Virginia and bring supervisory experience in long-term care, along with a Track-and-Train (Train The Trainer) certification for STNA training.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state where the center is located.
• Maintain "Train The Trainer" certificate for STNA training
• Prior experience in staff development in long term care desirable.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.
