Responsibilities include overseeing patient flow, maintaining nursing guidelines, coordinating policies, and driving performance improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, RN licensure, and at least 3 years of leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a relevant field.
• Registered Nurse licensure (RN).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient flow through designated clinical areas.
• Updates and enforces nursing policies.
• Coordinates program and personnel procedures.
• Ensures quality of care per standards and regulations.
• Recruits and trains nursing staff.
• Assigns nursing and staff to patient care.
• Coaches and disciplines staff as needed.
• Provides emotional, psychological, spiritual support to patients and families.
• Promotes patient independence and education.
• Resolves patient needs via multidisciplinary team.

• Collects data for performance improvement.
• Ensures mandatory education and competencies.
